Dear sir ,
i made a transaction to Ranjna prashar(registered on phone pe, mobile no. xxxxxxx390) of Rs.6000/- on 30/4/2022. She says that her bank has not received the amount in her account.
I had raised the querry through the phone pe app. It says that money has been accepted by her bank.
It has taken quite a long time to materialise the transaction still money has not reached her account.

Sir my personal Facebook account was linked to automatically hacker instagram account. I don’t know how my Facebook account id got linked to someone else’s instagram account. My personal Facebook account got disabled because of someone else’s instagram account. Sir kingrogtm’s instagram account should be unlinked from my personal Facebook account and enable my personal Facebook account so that I can use my personal Facebook account again. It has become a common practice among Chennai city OLA drivers; not to wear masks even if insisted by traveling passengers though your mobile app instructs customers to wear masks for travelling in OLA.

2. 99.9% of Auto do not accept trip if booking is with terms of payment other than by cash; and their first question on contacting the trip booked customer is is the payment by cash, otherwise simply they ask us to cancel the booking resulting in cancellation charges Rs.15/- charged in customer account! Similarly, why not you penalize drivers for refusal trip by drivers & credit customer account? Even today i met with such experience for the booking CRN5893631763 ( Chennai) when thee driver
parking his vehicle on the other side of the median just in front of my pickup point asked me a senior citizen 70+ to cross the median and come to the vehicle to avoid taking u-turn just in 25 meters away
